Refund and Returns Policy

Eligibility for Exchange: Products purchased from are eligible for exchange within 7 days only under the following conditions:

  1. The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
  2. The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product or is not the same as you had actually purchased.
  3. Customers are expected to take pictures of faulty products as well as share their order numbers to verify order on WhatsApp 0333-5809775

To initiate an exchange, you must notify us within 2 days of delivery by calling/WhatsApp 0333-5809775. We evaluate each dispute on a case-by-case basis, aiming to be fair to both parties.

Return Procedure: If an item is found to be faulty or damaged, you must return the defective product to us within 3 days of purchase. Upon receipt, handskincare will issue a replacement corresponding to the product mentioned in the Invoice.

Non-eligible Scenarios for Returns & Exchanges: There are certain scenarios in which returns and exchanges may not be supported. These scenarios include, but are not limited to:

  1. Exchange requests made outside the specified 3-day time frame.
  2. Products damaged due to use.
  3. Tampered products.
  4. Missing components from the package, such as price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and accessories.

Refund Policy: handhskincare does not offer a “Cash Refund” or “Money Back Guarantee” on purchased items. A refund may only be issued if:

  1. The product is proven to be faulty or damaged beyond repair.
  2. The customer returns the defective product within 5 days of purchase.
